John Paul Guay was excellent in helping to resolve an issue we had with a part that was lacking from our order.

Useful design and beautiful to look at but the actual everyday living on the sofa set is not possible if the quality control and better design details are not followed. Bought my sofa in 2023. With the help of hard working technicians and the amazing customer service staff, I finally can enjoy my sofas in 2025.

Our salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful, very personable. When the couch arrived our delivery team was efficient, friendly, and navigated our space respectfully and expertly. No small feat in our small space. Total pros. 4 stars only because when inquiring about delivery had gotten different info each time I checked in. That being said, the delivery team went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Love our new couch. Look forward to expanding our king collection in the future.

Lluvia was so easy to deal with and so knowledgeable. I owned a chain of 13 stores and I value good service and Lluvia was gold standard.

We are very happy with the living room set (two sofas, a rug and one chair) we selected and have now received. Quality of the set/rug is very good, experience with in-store sales was solid, delivery team was outstanding (communicative, fast and polite) and working with customer service to determine to locate where are order was and when it would be delivered was good (they responded very well to all of our emails).

12/0124 Update: I have up dated my review as King have been in touch and the issues with the couch have been fixed , I considered deleting the review but the original issues were valid and so I will leave this part but I have up dates the stars and the comments. We love the design of our sofa and looked around for one for a long time before we purchased this one. I am supper happy with the repair and King have been amazing this time with addressing our issues and the quick time frame in which this was done . If this had been our first experience then there would have been a 5 star review the first time. Well we have had our sofa less than 12 months, our order took3-4 months to arrive, the middle sections frame was bent it looked like it had been dropped, this made it just about impossible to put together, luckily we were able to as it took 3-4 months to get a new section delivered. It was also missing one of the cables so we were only able to use half of the sofas foot rest , it took 3 months to get a small cable delivered and an unbelievable amount of calls and e-mails as this had to come from China as it is not something they had in stock. When the new section arrived , I was expected to remove the broken section and replace it as the delivery guys had to take the broken section back. These sections are very heavy and I am not able to move the sofa by myself . I have to say the delivery guys went above and beyond and helped me remove and replace the section. The seating on the sofa has sunk and it started to do this after only a couple of weeks , the buttons are now not working properly and couch looks like my old couch . I am reluctant to contact king for this as they are to difficult to deal with. Do no buy there products , I wish I had seen this page before I purchased our sofa.They don’t care.
