From the showroom in Costa Mesa, to customer support, to the folks who helped coordinate the delivery — KING Living provides top tier customer service abd made me feel supported every step of the way. The actual sofa we got is beyond our expectations. It’s the most comfortable sofa I’ve ever sat on and I’m definitely a lifelong customer. The 1978 Sofa is a 1000/10

We were expecting multiple deliveries from King Living. Luckily they all arrived at the same time. Yolyn coordinated them so they all came together on the same truck. The delivery guys brought them in, unpacked and took away all the garbage. It was just easy and simple.

Everything was great and the furniture was delivered a couple of weeks earlier than expected.

When I emailed King Living through the website to ask about delivery options and rates, this kind person, Yolyn, replied very quickly and gave me all the info I needed. And to top it off, I was sent a follow up email to check if I needed anything else. Now THAT’S great customer service!

Dealing with Bryce was fantastic and completely comfortable. No pressure and very informative and patient. My daughter has also enjoyed purchasing a sofa with Bryce.

I don’t leave reviews very often, but I can’t not share my experience. From the moment I walked in the store till delivery team left my house I was blown away how nice and pleasant everyone was. In the store Charlie spent a good couple of hours with us making sure we picked the right couch to fit our family. During manufacturing process I was getting updates (not too many which I appreciated) when the couch was delivered the team that was installing it noticed that one of the cushions was damaged and one of the wood panels didn’t match. They pointed it out immediately (I probably wouldn’t notice until later) they immediately filed a report and ordered new items. I was again kept posted about the process. Two days ago last pieces were delivered. This hiccup didn’t bother me one bit, but the way it was handled had me impressed. I love a company that treats their customers like family. I know I’m in good hands and I don’t have to call and complain to get things fixed. Thank you so much for the excellent service and my new beautiful custom couch.

Raven with Customer Service was great. I had ordered a couch and wanted to add cushions to my order after-the-fact. Raven responded quickly and amended the order for me same-day. I can’t wait until I receive the final product!
