Stands behind their product
Stands behind their product. We've had a recurring issue with the mechanism in our sofa but each time a service call has been made that resolved the problem. Technicians have always been attentive and efficient in the repair. We're hoping that "third times the charm".

Yvonne Fedor was such a great design…
Yvonne Fedor was such a great design consultant…extremely patient. She spent time to make sure I picked the right size furniture and then the right colour. I tried once before and was told that the size I was looking for is not available but Yvonne somehow made it work. Now 3 months later we have a sofa and it’s great. Thank you Yvonne!

We had a great experience with John…
We had a great experience with John Paul from King Living. Our couch arrived missing some joiners, but he was proactive and persistent in getting it resolved. He followed up without prompting, kept us informed, and made sure we received the parts quickly. Really appreciated his professionalism and dedication to customer service. Thank you, John Paul!

King Living is incredible
Every single person that we’ve ever dealt with at King living is exceptional in terms of customer service and being knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to deal with. The quality of their furniture is above and beyond. There’s simply no place like it. Strongly recommend. If I could give 20 stars I would.
