John Paul was the very best customer service person
John Paul was the very best customer service person I have ever dealt with. He communicated timelines very well and often would check in to keep me in the loop. He was extremely courteous and just the most helpful person. I had an issue with my King Living furniture and the way John Paul and the company handled it has made me a King Living customer for life!! Very pleased!!
