The Kong products are ingenuous - look stylish and are so functional. Brittany at the Portland store is fabulous! She is so knowledgeable about the products and design. Her advice is invaluable. Very quickly, I was able to make definitive decisions that make my house look great and work well functionally for us.

We bought a set of recliner sofas and there were some issues with the motor right when delivered. After we reached out to customer service, Raven has been patiently guiding us through the process and providing us with constant updates. We never once thought that we were forgotten or lost in process. This experience was smooth and not stressful. Thank you Raven! Sergey from the service team was also amazing! He was so knowledgeable, responsible, and respectful throughout the multiple trips he made to fix the sofa. I trust his skills.
