I'm so sorry you experienced this Leanne, we have searched everywhere and we are not finding any emails but are still searching for them. We did check on your order and see that it is shipping to AU and that it departed for delivery to your location today based on the tracking information. We'll continue to monitor this until it is resolved.

I'm sorry you experienced this however we do not have a priority mail option with our items, we send all items standard delivery due to the pandemic. We take late deliveries very seriously and if you experienced this, emailing our support email and letting us know is the best way to get this resolved. Customer service is our top priority and when a delivery is late we contact the courier to see what the delay is and if the item is lost in transit we issue a new product without questions. I'm so sorry you experienced this. As with every company that ships items we have to put our trust in shipping couriers. We issued you a refund and also issued a replacement after spending hours and multiple days on the phone with your local post office trying to locate your first package. As much as we would like to deliver our own packages it's not an option and the only thing we can do is issue a replacement (which we did) when an item is lost in transit and watch the delivery status on the replacement. We did everything we could to satisfy this customer as customer service is our top priority and thousands of our customers can attest to this...
