We had an issue with shipping and the staff at kindly toys were quick to respond and rectify the shipping. Can’t wait to receive my product.

I ordered the pastel and thought it was going to be the pastel pink. This was a gift for my grand daughter and with it being blue the gift will no longer work.

Waiting on an order I made from the first week of October that said it would be her mid October and has never came nor can I get any sort of good response from customer service about why it’s taking so long and if it’s even coming. At this point I’m questioning if I will even ever get it, as this is my first time using this company! I paid for two different sensory wall toys and have yet to Receive either item. I have contacted customer service several times and have only got one response on the first and that was them saying it should be shipped anytime but it has not! Since then they won’t reply! Hope I am wrong and it shows up and that this whole ordeal is made right for all I’ve been through. These were gifts for our daughters 1st b day and we just feel like they should have not said that they would be here on time for it if that wasn’t the case. It’s been well over that now. Her b day was on the 12th of October!! Please make this right!

This product was perfect and almost even better than described online! Looks exactly like it does in the photos. I am super excited to gift this to my friend’s baby for Christmas!
