The products were just what I was expecting. Great colors, design was just right. The ornament was adorable. The wood puzzles were great.

I ordered three toys from this company , the shipping took almost a month and the products are so tiny and cheap looking for the price. Thr quality is no where near what was expected . I wouldn't order from here again. Super disappointed

I ordered a busy board and name puzzle on October 13th. I reached out a month later after still not having received the items to be told it was stuck in customs but being released shortly. Now that it is almost December, I reached out again only to be told that my items were lost transit and offered a refund. Absolutely absurd and I didn’t want a refund I just wanted this gift for my baby for Christmas and ordering it in October I thought I was ahead of schedule but now I need to find another personalized gift and hope it comes in time.

I placed an order on November 5th and the email confirmation said it will take 5-7 business days to complete and 3-5 business days for delivery. It’s been several weeks and I have not yet heard back from them. The item should have shipped out and it hasn’t. I am questioning this website due to the large number of negative reviews with people having the same issue I am. Very disappointed in how this company is run. All it takes is one person with a large fan base to have an experience and flood the internet and destroy a companies reputation. Just saying…

Beautiful puzzle just as pictured. Was so happy to give it as a gift! My older kids wanted to play with it. Super cute. Highly recommended.
