Had tons of all sorts of questions for customer support, talking to Jeff. Got the best service and help I have ever gotten in a chat support, on any sites, helping and explaining absolutely everything for me! Really appreciated, I will defenately buy one of the products in here, or more!

Purchased 2 of the XL1000 Lights with a 5x9 SuperRoom Grow Tent System from Supercloset. 1 of the lights sounded like a little screw or something was rolling around in the case. Called and spoke to Mcmahon And Jeff. They took care of everything for the return and shipping of the replacement. Great Customer Service. Thank You

Yes.. you now have repaired 3 lights however I have several more, a refund,replacement or repair is not asking to much..I am assuming.. I am only interested in getting what i paid for.. nothing more.. I purchased 26 XL 1000 Kind lights at roughly $2000 Canadian each.. that is not a small investment. The lights seem to be of good quality however one did not boot up properly nor all Leds light up.. I contacted Kind and at first they seemed eager to help however .. (a) now they want purchase receipts which obviously they have .. (b) pictures of the light at every possible angle, (c) they want me to pay for the shipping back to them.. and (d) when I paid to have it shipped to me in the first place. I expressed disappointment in their wanting me to pay and the next thing I knew they are now refusing to honor the warranty at all.. The light is only 4 months old and in fact was defective out of the box. Until I receive full warranty and replacement of this product. I will use social media and all possible avenues to tell the world .. do not purchase these LED LIGHTS.. I got ripped off

I am still waiting to see how my order is being handled ..so far I am not impressed...

What can I say about Kind led that hasn’t already been said Well for starters Kind LED was my first choice before I tried to find a better deal and lost big time in doing so after going through every major brand cob led that I could think of or even find on the internet I will say that my favorite out of the cobs was Migro100 3500k luminous chip 106w used 5,000K color temp Optic1 veg 54w 5000k color temperature Cree chip mean well driver the rapid led 5000k color temp 75w No optics period on it after all those lamps purchased tried and put away I tried advanced platinum Led P150w led light after sending it back the only option was Black dog led Colorado And Kind LED California Black dog make good lamps but there way overpriced and in all honest in head to head test they lose and Kind led wins black dog is nice but always grows out of uneven non uniform buds 3 will be 2 feet tall and 1 will be 5 feet also Kind LED not Only is the Superior product they offer better pricing and 110% awesome Grow support and fantastic customer service save yourself 3 months time and about 2,000 bucks on products that don’t work and do yourselves a huge favor & Purchase Yourself a Gorilla Grow Tent Original Line & A Kind LED Grow Light And a Phresh Filter some good genetics and move forward ...
