Everything went well apart from a brief but necessary confusion about where to ship the light due to a disparity between shipping and billing information. The light arrived quickly and, although I have yet to use it, it appears to be in perfect condition.

Lights onboard PI system crashes, when accessing the control dashboard the temperature wouldn't show up. The lights when set to a schedule would not follow the schedule (again due to the onboard Rasberry PI system failing). When contacting customer support, I was given an email and instructions to enter the "inspection" page of the website and told to update that way. Which there was no update and it did not fix my issue. Due to my own hard work, I was able to fix it. The only good thing about Kind LED is that the light works well. When I brought this issue up after having the light for TWO WEEKS, I was told that if it cant be solved. I would have to send it in and pay restocking fees.........Seriously? I just spend over a thousand dollars and you send me a product that doesn't work and instead of fixing it. You bring up that I am going to have to pay more for you to fix your mistake. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!! Customer Service- Horrible The onboard Computer system for lights- Horrible

Awesome company Service Warranty no one Beats Em Great LEDs

I love my grow light . The only problem is the wifi receiver never works so i have to manually put the presets . That is the only flaw in my opinion and if it wasn’t for that i would give 5 stars .
