We love Kindful! We've been using this CRM for nearly 2 years and it's only gotten better and better. We do run into issues from time to time but the support team has been willing to help.

Kindful is a powerful tool to help our small non-profit manage donor relations and conduct fundraising. I particularly appreciate the fast and helpful responses to our questions. There are a few things that would make life easier- like formatting thank you letters (and envelopes) and being able to hide data fields we don't use. But we are still learning. Thanks for your support, team Kindful!

Kindful's customer support is one of their greatest features! We also love that Kindful is responsive to customer needs/suggestions and works to constantly improve in order to better meet customer needs. This is the first CRM we have used, and it has been an excellent experience. Our only real disappointment has been the peer-to-peer fundraising option. Otherwise, we have been very satisfied!

The software has definitely put our organization in a better place. However, there are still some changes that could be made to give it 5 stars. For starters, the contact duplicate finder is not as strong as it could be. I wish it were possible to scroll through the contacts when you search for them in the main search bar. The software is also not as intuitive as it could be. Running reports can also be tricky. We are much happier than we were with our previous software and Kindful has made donor management much easier.

I have really enjoyed using Kindful for the past three years. Our office combined 4 donor and communication platforms into Kindful. It was the best decision we could have made making things more efficient and effective for our office. Our donors enjoy having access to view and make changes to their account. Kindful has worked hard to improve its customer service and are quick in their response times when questions do arise. My only disappointments have been the reporting systems, the donor auto-merge and integration with Active Campaign. I am confident that they will be able to find solutions for these issues. Overall I am happy with this platform!!

Kindful has been super helpful for our organization. Before Kindful we used a system of google spreadsheets and PayPal to manage and keep track of donation. Kindful has been a game changer for us. We are now able to track all donations accurately and process donations through PayPal and Stripe. There are so many useful tools in Kindful like the acknowledgements and peer to peer fundraising pages. We've been using Kindful for 3 years and I wouldn't change a thing.

In general, Kindful is a great tool for our organization, easy to use.

Kindful support is very helpful and whenever I have had a question about something the person I have talked to has done their best to understand my question and try to solve it. I do with there were some more refined query techniques, especially to be able to include soft credits and more refined householding.
