Purchased a few kilts from Kilt and More, so many to choose from on the website and custom options. Always great quality, well packaged and fantastic customer service. Recommended to a few friends now who have complimented me when out in a kilt.

I have not needed to contact anyone from the service department. I put in my order and it was fulfilled and shipped. I have no reason to take away stars as there was no actual interaction. But my kilt was shipped in a timely manner.

I like the pattern of the tartan but am disappointed that one of the buckles came apart the first time I tried on my kilt. My sporran is nice as are the flashings. I also do not care for DHL delivery. Because I did not want to risk delivery without signature, my shipment had to be delayed 5 days. On the scheduled day of delivery, I waited at home. DHL arrived around 6P.M. and left the package on the doorstep without signature.

Kilt arrived from Pakistan very quickly; it looks and feels great. No fabric care instruction was attached or included in the package. Belt loops are at top, which should be belly-button height, instead of waist height, where belts are most effective. Snaps will take some getting used to.

Shipped faster than usual and this kilt feels much heavier than the last one I ordered. It fits perfect.
