My 9 year old daughter is a figure skater and trains 4 days per week. One of the most important things in her training right now is building muscle strength in conjunction with the moves and jumps she is learning. Kilogear is perfect! She has amazing, comfortable, beautifully made athletic gear to train in and she has that right amount of added weight to help build her strength.
