The shirt works great and I love the design with the weights. Wear it for 8 hours straight in a very physically demanding job at Trader Joe’s!

The garments fit well and the weights slide in easily. The weight distribution is great and the material is very comfortable.

I tried the sleeves during my swim workout today and found them to be a good addition to the resistance aspect of my workout. I look forward to using them more. Putting then on while wet is a challenge but rolling them up and then ‘unrolling’ them up my arm made the process relatively easy.

These products are the most thoughtfully engineered "weighted workout wear" of any I've tried. Besides great products, the company behind the products is exceptional. When my first fit wasn't quite right, Kilowear's team was responsive and genuinely interested in my feedback, and worked with me through an exchange to get to the size and fit that actually works for my body. That kind of attentiveness — treating a purchase as the start of a relationship rather than the end of a transaction — is rare, and it's a big part of why I'll be a repeat customer. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for weighted workout wear that's actually built with the wearer's real-world needs in mind.

Excellent product. Very helpful, professional advice on choosing the right items. Sometimes takes awhile to ship, but not too long. Product worth the wait. Something tells me you ship on Tuesdays.LOL However, I received all my orders in under 2 weeks. Very happy customer here!

I've been wearing Kilogear for a while now and I can't recommend it enough. I have a very physical job and am an elite athlete (Irish dancer) so finding time to work out can be hard. So I wear it to work so I can make sure I stay in shape and I gotta say, I can't live without it.
