Good course. I enjoyed that, and it was very informative.

I love Kilo Fit because It has given me so much knowledge about nutrition and food, whilst clearing up dietary myths once and for all. It is also based on facts, and proven science. It also takes everything with a grain and salt and common sense, whilst presenting information in an effective way.

Shoul be more informations about fitness and nutrition instead motivation and other stuff.

I am thoroughly enjoying this course, especially the depth and amount of detail each section has. The fact that it’s not overwhelming and laid out in a progressive manner is really helpful. I couldn’t help but wonder why something like this isnt a required class to take going through school. It should be.

Elaborate and clever scam There isn't any way to register as a client to their website. This should explain the fact that it is unrealistic to think that you will work after the course and get clients from them. Also there should already be more than 1000 couches and not even one of them gave a positive review with actual results. It has been 2 months already and they continously said that I should find my own clients until the "marketplace" will be dealt with.. but if I want to be a client why can't I register? How will I be paid by them if I find my own clients? This is absurd. Why should I register to this platform if I already have a nutritionist specialization. I did this with the hope to get constant clients, even one per day or at least one PER WEEK. Another point is that when you give them the money they sell you a product and that's the actual course and it really does not have any recognition globally. So if you are unsatisfied the only thing you can do is cry because you cannot get any money back or pursue this cause by legal means. I am very disappointed because this project really had a lot of potential, too bad there are so many people with negative intentions out there.

Thanks to kilo fit, I learned a lot in just after one course, there are three more courses ahead, i advise everyone, it is very useful for myself and for my family.

This is amazing, it's different from others course. I really like this part. I'm also used to work as a counselor.

I am really enjoying the content of the Kilo Fit Academy. I am pumped to use all the information to help others reach their fitness goals!
