Updated review:Due to unforeseen circumstances I can't do the online course. I have sent a couple of emails to your support team for a refund and no one has responded to my emails. I have requested for a refund within the prescribed time so what I don't understand is why does it take so long to assist me. The support team has assisted me. Thank you for the speedy response.
