In my humble opinion, Kidoriman is great in general! The quality of the materials are great and also their customer service is awesome, their products are trendy and popular in my country so I had a great time doing business with them.

One of the support agents provided assistance in exchanging my items as they don't fit. Service was fast and accurate, the products are comfortable to wear. Overall excellent 😊

Ist a Scam!! Be very careful! Don't buy this, the quality is horrible and the clothes on the website are not the same quality of the clothes that you receive! Its just to take people money! Be very careful!!!!

Ordered a pair of pants and waited more than a month for them to arrive and they ended up sending a completely different pair of shorts and removed the listing for the product I had originally ordered. Support was very nice and helped me out to find a replacement and when that arrived, they sent the wrong size and the product did not have the dimensions listed on their sizing chart. Again, support helped me and gave me a refund but outside of their support, be careful dealing with this company. After some research I realized they are ordering product from AliExpress and marking up the price significantly which could explain the long shipping times.

The clothing does take a while to reach you. Didn’t mind that. I ordered about seven garments four of which didn’t fit but they were able to refund me for part of this close. Some of clothing didn’t fit me because I am a bit tall and I think these are more for people who are shorter than 6’2” mostly. I’m happy with the garments that fit and they’re great quality. Would recommend them!

I ordered a pair of pants from them on the third and the package still hasn't shipped over two weeks later. The company has a warehouse in Wyoming and yet when I check UPS's tracking number it says that its first stop in Chico, CA, still hasn't gotten the package. I emailed their customer support for an update but never heard back. The website advertised 6-8 days delivery with some delays due to Covid, but this is frankly ridiculous. As far as I can tell this website is just a scam to take money and not deliver its advertised products.

Ordered 5 t-shirts. They took a long time to arrive but I got them and they are good quality. Extremely itchy to wear though Other point of note - I am 5'10 (178cm) and slim/regular build and like to wear oversized t-shirts. All t-shirts ordered were XXL or XXXL and I would go XXXL (max size) if thats your look.
