So I had to rewrite this since they had the audicty to take it down all the did when they contacted me is tell that it said it was delivered no help no nothing I don't want a refund I want ppl.not to waste there money . Now there trying to deny ever selling me anything I have an order number and a bank statement that says other wise .bunch of thieves and then they message me to pretty much tell me the same thing to bad .if your thinking wow these clothes look nice.i should by some stop that what I did and spent 100$ AND GOT NOTHING BUT EMAIPS G8VING ME EXCUSE FOR THERE SH1TTY SERVES. I LIVE IN THE USA AND DO BOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

We appreciate you leaving feedback on Loox and on Trustpilot. I understand you are upset about the situation, we apologize if you feel that way. Please allow me to clarify several points regarding this issue.
First, we can now clearly see that the reason why we were not able to locate your order details when you left feedback on Trustpilot is that you have misspelled your name on the order details.
Second, we have checked your order placed on June 11 with USPS tracking number 9400111899563555440427 which shows that the parcel was delivered on June 23 which is well within the advertised delivery timeframe of 6-8 business days.
Third, we could have processed a replacement or a refund for your order but we only received initial communication from you on Aug 17, which is almost 2 months after the given estimated date of delivery of your parcel. It is the customer's responsibility to reach out to our team as soon as possible should there be any issues related to any order so we can provide proper resolution to any case. Failure to promptly report any issue within the given timeframe forfeits the right to file a claim.
Lastly, It is highly possible that you may have given a wrong address or the parcel may have been received by a family member/neighbor on your behalf. Or even the parcel may have been stolen from your mailbox. Thank you.

Pretty surprising
Actually very surprised as read a few bad reviews after I ordered them but they just arrived today (I guess about 3 weeks after ordering and in the middle of covid to Australia that isn’t bad in my book) the pants themselves are simple enough but fit really nice (order at least 2 sizes bigger than usual) and are super comfy, thought my missus would laugh at me but she really likes them and is going to order a pair too! Great for Australian heat. All in all I can’t honestly fault them at all which is a nice surprise

Loved my purchases just made a second one. Product fit and quality was excellent and was easy to use there website. I received what was shown and explained and in a reasonable time. Customer service has been excellent and was very impressed to get personal email from CEO of company. They well and truly exceeded my expectations very impressed and totally trust this company.
