Hard non stretch material. Can’t lift legs properly. Pockets are far to shallow. Phone falls out. Not great

The product itself is very good, high quality, but the sizing guide could be more definite. Both trousers I bought are very big unfortunately.

I bought 4 items. 2 shorts fit small but can be used. Shirts fit way smaller than they should the second shirt they sent an XL. Contacted support not very helpful. I was finally able to get a shipping back but you pay shipping for their mistake. This is why you never use companies you find on ads just use reliable companies. I am finally able to get ahold of them via email only. I am unsure what exactly is happening but will update when I find out. After a long time and many back and forth with email they ended up sending replacement shirts. The next problem is the sizes never really mean anything. The M shirt fits like a small The XL fits like an XS One L fits like a small Other L fits like a L I wear a M by all other companies and even by their charts so none of the shirts fit and will be all donated. My end thoughts of this company are a novice mess. Great idea horrible execution. Really makes it hard to ever want to buy from smaller companies sadly. Ok after everything they ended up refunding me the shirts cost which I said they did not have to and gave me a $50 credit. I did get another pair of pants as to not risk shirt fit. They asked for me to update this review which I will. Small business are very tough to get going and the size issue may cause problems, but i do hope they get better and maybe in the future I will try again. After everything being done and even though there was some rough times I really hope this company makes it and becomes bigger and successful.

The clothing is highly stylized and difficult to know what will fit or work for a given body. The fit isn't ideal for shorter people or people with short legs :) I would suggest buying one or two things and seeing how they work for you. The return process could be easier (you pay return shipping, you fill out a paper return form). When I reached out to customer service for help with my return, eventually they came through and it was much appreciated.

I was excited to order from Kidoriman, but unfortunately my experience was initially very disappointing. The clothing did not fit as expected, and the materials were not what I had expected in terms of look and feel. Therefore, I returned all four items in accordance with the return policy. I understood that return shipping would be at my own expense, but I did not expect the total return costs to amount to €87.89 (€63.39 shipping + €24.50 customs-related charges). The original shipping cost to Belgium was only $29.95, so I had no reason to expect that returning the order could cost nearly three times that amount. Had I known this before placing my order, I would not have purchased clothing from overseas, where returns due to sizing are always a possibility. What initially disappointed me most was the lack of transparency. The return policy stated: "Label the parcel 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid customs charges if shipping internationally." I followed this instruction exactly, yet I was still charged customs-related fees. When I contacted customer support, I was initially told that these fees were my responsibility. After further communication, however, Kidoriman reconsidered the situation. Update: Kidoriman subsequently contacted me and offered to reimburse the full €87.89 in return shipping and customs-related charges. I have now received the reimbursement in full. I appreciate that Kidoriman ultimately took responsibility for these unexpected costs and resolved the matter satisfactorily. While my initial experience with the return process was disappointing, I am pleased with the way the company ultimately handled the situation.

BEWARE buying from Kidoriman! After seeing an ad on instagram, I purchased the “Sora Oversized Joggers size XL in Brown directly from the Kidoriman website. These are basically $60 ($59.90 USD) sweat pants. There is nothing special about these pants to justify that price! They are just very thick fleece, which I do not like and cannot wear, but nowhere does the product description say fleece. At the very least, it should say these are “winter” joggers. Also, they run small for men’s pants and did not fit, and are not baggy at all. So then I had to pay return postage using a service that they insisted provides both insurance and a tracking number, thus raising the cost by another $23.30 for a total of $83.20 USD!!! Then, even though they received the pants back with all of my information and an RMA form they provided, they did not process the partial refund until I emailed them the tracking number! This is ridiculous! I should have followed my instinct and skipped Kidoriman, then ordered joggers from a reputable company which offers free returns. I ended up spending $33.25 USD for absolutely nothing! I learned my lesson and am sharing it here so you don’t have to go through this. 04/07/26 UPDATE After seeing my review, Kidoriman decided to refund all of my shipping and return shipping fees, even though that is not their usual practice. Because of this, I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars overall. While I do appreciate the extra effort to resolve my particular issue, I’m still deducting 2 stars because of the company’s usual practice of charging for shipping and returns and the fact that their ads do not fully describe the products, such as not mentioning my pants were fleece, in the case of my order.

I was excited to get my clothing from Kidoriman, you guys bombarded me with heaps of ads for weeks. I was overall not too pleased with the quality of the garments. I contacted Kidoriman and they couldn't have been more helpful, they refunded me and asked if I would update the review to reflect that. I have now added one star because the refund was quick.
