I first bought a pair of gelyu harem pants. They arrived with a small hole in the material. I contacted them and was instantly sent another identical pair. I have worn both pairs and love the fit. I recently bought 2 pairs of kuko harem pants. The fabric is amazing- a soft but thick, military surplus wool-like feel to them. They definitely hold a baggier harem shape (than i expected), very unique. So comfortable. I am 6’1” (187cm) and I ordered XXXL. Not sure if I would prefer XXL as maybe they would be too short (for me)? Otherwise, I do love these kukos.

Quality product, excellent costumer service

First I want to say I LOVE these pants. They are super comfy and I wear them all the time. The only reason for 4 stars is one of the leather tabs on the end of the drawstrings came loose probably a week after I got them and fell off. It’s just cosmetic but I liked the way they looked.

I liked the Kurahan Pants. The Wazumi Round Gothic Sunglasses were not of good quality. The Heiwa Jacket was too bulky, more a winter coat. Support offered a good refund.

Majority of their reviews must be bots, and lets ignore that their registered business address is an antiques store in BF nowhere. Total scam artists. Absolute garbage quality product, I bought two pairs of pants, and they feel like they're made out of potato sacks. Not only this, when I ordered it took them 3 months to send it to me, and when I chased them up, they were rude, unhelpful and literally told me "you have placed an order, now you have to wait until we can fill it." No buddy, I dont, if I've paid for something and haven't received it in a timely manner, I want my money back. I'm so unsatisfied with both the quality of product, the price, and the service, that I will make it my mission in life to steer people away from this trash brand. If I wanted to wear potato sack clothing, I'd make it myself.
