This online retailer is SPAM! Do not give them your money! They are horrible and will take your money when you order the largest size available and try to return it because it’s actually 3 sizes smaller. I did exactly this and when I returned my clothing it got “lost” in the warehouse never to found. 🖕🏾

I have had about 3-4 excellent orders from Kidoriman. Ordering was easy. You need to remember that the sizes in Japan are two sizes smaller than US. So, if you are a size an Extra Large, you are a 3x large. The clothing is so nice. I get compliments when I wear their clothes. I have no complaints about this company yet. They are legit. My son recommended the company to me and he had great results as well.

slow shipping, mediocre products, returns take forever and you have to pay return shipping. ive been going back and forth for like 4 months because every time i order something, theres just something weird about it. a weird fabric, uncomfortable fit, looks bad in person, not what it seemed like in the picture etc. so then i exchange for something else and go through the same cycle over and over. if they would just use regular nice fabrics it would be a great company but its just these unnecessarily cheap and weird materials. i have a couple of things i did end up liking, but they can also be found on amazon for cheaper and with the safety of a free return. there are chinese companies on amazon selling the same products with the same model photos... the japanese clothing company image is a lie, and they are using it to charge more. added a star because they refunded the last few items after i left this review. I guess 3 stars is more fair, they arent awful, but not great. amazon is still way easier though

If there was a medal for awesome online marketing and customer service Kidoriman wins GOLD from my point of view here in Brisbane, Australia. Great products, great prices, great customer support. My first ever product endorsement! Thanks Alex and team. SW

I ordered some things here from Europe, delivery was fine but i had to find out that if you want to return something you need to send it back to the USA. The problem is that you have to pay for the shipping and its so expensive that it would be cheaper to keep the clothes which doesnt even fit :D I dont really mind about that now but i definitely wont order again.

The company sended me the wrong size and asked me to return the item and pay the shipment cost myself. The other option was that they sended a new item to me. I was waiting for months and nothing happened only to find out they have send it back because there was a Adres defect according to kidoriman. That actually wasn't the case, because the other item was delevired to me on the same adres. Really poor service and lost all my money and the item.
