Kidoriman is my favorite store to buy pants and shorts. They are really comfortable, the designs are great and simple. It has a Japanese stile that I love. I will keep shopping. I will highly recommend.

The shipping is very quick and the product is still intact and no damages seen when it came and the quality is good. Highly recommend the product and will buy more products from Kidoriman in the future.

I was not clearly mentionned cost returns are at the responsibility of the client especially when Kidoriman doesn't display trustable price charts. I didn't find any spot to let a review on the product bought. Nowhere from their website nor their email com. So you can bet where their super reviews come from (most probably not from clients I would say). Also, on the page of the product, no indication on the materials. I was surprised to have a top made of plastic. Pro for marketing and "having good reviews". Actually, poor service and no transparency. I will always remember Kidoriman as a joke.

High quality fashionable clothes at an affordable price

Excellent customer services! I had some trouble with the local delivery service in my area but the team at Kidoriman were so helpful and professional. I couldn't recommend them enough, especially Liz who I dealt with directly.

Original order was placed July 15th. As of Aug 1st, one item - Sekai pants - was still not received. They did provide tracking number for a shipment that hopefully will arrive and a 50% credit on the missing pants - if both show up I suppose it will confirm this company is at least trying to be legit. Based on my experience they have some quality control, communication and operational issues they need to address if they want to improve their reputation. For example the customer service person email I was dealing with took several days and follow up messages to confirm the replacement had been shipped and provide a tracking number. Also I have received messages from Kidoriman putting pressure on me to change this review - but the missing pants still haven't shown up. As far as the garments themselves - they are okay for the price but bear in mind they are not Japanese, these are Chinese made versions of common designs.
