I give the company 3 stars due to their good service. After receiving a pair of pants where the size was off, they send me A new pair and we tried a different size. It still doesn’t fit – way too big in the waist and too short in the lenght (and I am 180 cm/78 kilo) so very standard. Therefore, if it was only the product, I would still only give 3 stars as in my original review (see that below) but the service was good, therefore the 3 stars. COPY: I have looked forward to receiving the pants. I was VERY disappointed :( Quality below average and more importantly, size is way to small (length) even though I went for a larger size than normal.

Quick responses from Liz via email is very helpful and for me to order other items and stay with your online shop. The products are real as per described.

My Kireina pants are really comfortable & lightweight, even though the material seems like it can resist tears (as long as it's not an aggressive tear). It fits true to the conversion size; a relaxed fit. If you want a loose/baggy fit, go one size up. Update: Had to remove a star for their shipping & exchange/return. While the shipping does require some patience, the oversight needs better communication throughout & exchanges/returns can stand to be made more simple. I don't think it's cool that Kidoriman doesn't provide return labels. You have to buy your own, if you want to return items. If you absolutely don't have to return anything however, it's a good buy.
