Kidmoto TechnologiesReviews of kidmoto.taxi

Both drivers we had were amazing: professional, social, etc. Drivers were helpful (when we got in several hours late the driver was more than helpful with luggage while my wife or I attended to a very grumpy toddler up WAY past his bedtime). We felt very safe in the car while drivers navigated through Manhattan: a sharp contrast to taxi and Uber drivers! Vehicles were extremely clean and well maintenanced, and car seats were perfect for our toddler. Drivers were on time or early, and easy to spot at the airport coming in (past midnight), and picking us up at the hotel; they were in constant communication and kept us up-to-date regarding pickup times. All services were as advertised or better (one driver had candy!!), and we will use the services again when needed!

My family has used Kidmoto many times and I give them two thumbs up for excellent customer service, on time drivers and excellence knowledge of quickest routes and full knowledge of children’s car seats. My family trusts them with our most valuable assets: our children. Thanks Kidmoto!!

Really easy and reliable service. Made travelling with a 10month old baby from England to NYC so much easier. We were all catered for really well and the service was perfect. Thank you.

I used Kidmoto to assist with transporting myself, my 3 month old daughter and 6 year old son. It was amazing to be a safe and reliable vehicle with proper car seats and friendly service. Do not hesitate to use this company, they are worth every penny!

We pre booked our journeys to and from the airport well ahead of our travel to save stress. When we arrived, our driver had already messaged us (an hour early)to say he was there and where to meet him. We messaged once through passport control and were on our way to the hotel about 20mins before our pick up time! The car was big and clean, car seat as expected and our driver was lovely. We realised about 5minutes after he dropped us off that my son had left his favourite toy car in the car seat and contacted him. Within 30mins he’d driven back round and dropped it off at reception for us. Outstanding service, we were very happy. The trip back however was not as positive. The car never showed up. We called at pick up time to be told he’d forgotten and was 30mins away. Luckily we spoke to the hotel and they were able to arrange suitable alternative transport, although this took time, meaning we were running late, causing us a bit of stress at the airport. We let the driver know we had made alternative arrangements and he apologised. Despite letting him know we had left, we had a message to say he was at the hotel 40mins after the pick up time. Although he was apologetic, it certainly caused us a lot of stress. Despite the excellent pick up on the way, we wouldn’t use again because of the let down going home.

Excellent service! Clean vehicles. Friendly staff.
