Hi Sandor, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We want to clarify that our 7-day free trial applies only to our monthly plans, while our yearly plan is billed upfront at a discounted rate. This information is displayed at checkout. As soon as you reached out, our team responded promptly and reviewed your case. While our annual subscriptions are non-refundable per our policy, we offered multiple solutions, including converting your plan to a monthly subscription or applying credits for future use. We always aim to be as transparent as possible about our billing terms, and we appreciate your feedback. If you have any further concerns, our support team is happy to assist. Best, Kicksta Team

Hi Chris, We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. We want to clarify that we never charge customers without authorization. Based on our records, your subscription was reactivated from your end, which led to the charge. Regarding your payment details, once a transaction has been processed through a previously authorized method, we cannot retroactively block a valid charge. However, we confirmed that all billing details have since been removed, and your subscription has been canceled to prevent future charges. As for the service itself, Kicksta does not provide fake followers, we use an organic engagement method to help users attract real people based on their targeting preferences. While results can vary depending on the account and niche, we always strive to deliver authentic, Instagram-compliant growth. We understand that this situation has been frustrating for you, and while we were unable to issue a refund in this case due to our policies, we genuinely appreciate your feedback. If you have any further concerns, our support team is happy to assist. Best, Kicksta Team
