I used the service for a few months with decent results and then all of a sudden I was unable to edit my targets. The Kicksta team offered some suggestions and when they did not fix my problem they offered no further help to reach a resolution. I will be moving my business to a competitor if it is not resolved today. ETA: The issue has been "being worked on" for a week now and I've received a $20 discount.

I had high hopes for this service. I signed up for their premium package at $99 a month and have not seen the growth they mentioned. I am willing to remain with the company if they would return my email or perhaps my respond to my complaint. Maybe there's something mor I can do to assist. If there's no response today, I will cancel and seek refund through my bank. I'm a reasonable person, but this is not good customer service. I have more, but will reserve it and wait to see if the company is responsible enough to respond.

I engaged Kicksta approximately 2 months ago. The first 30 days things rocked and I was very happy with their service. Then their engagement went completely flat. I was told it was related to their system and it was recommended that I be moved to their sister site Social Bound. That has constantly been awful. On most days I get little or no engagement and very little seems at all targeted towards my industry. I design tactical equipment, gear and train SWAT and Special Operations Personnel and interestingly the most engagement I have had was them liking between 12-16 images of dragonflies. This is completely unsatisfactory. When I ask to speak with a supervisor I am giving a song and dance and then sent right back to the lead. Bre Robinson, whose team is under (non-performing). I would not use either of their sites. I have asked to speak with a senior customer service manager. I was informed by my under preforming team lead Bre Robinson that she would not connect me with any other senior customer service representative and that if i was unhappy I should just cancel my subscription. I just finished cancelling my service with them and named Bre Robinson’s inability to successfully manage her team as the reason for my cancellation.

Sounds like a scam I started Kicksta less then 24 hours ago. Already I’m getting emails from them asking me to send my password to the “Kicksta” team over email. Can someone say red flags ?🚩⛳️ . I’ve tried to “update your Instagram password” as the prompt on Kicksta said to. But still nothing would work. It is the right password because I can still log in on all my devices using the same password I’ve asked for a refund and was just told to give them a chance to fix it with their “reassurance” but that doesn’t mean anything to me. I learned not to send anyone your password when I was a child that’s rule one. Don’t use their site Still waiting on refund .

Kicksta has been great so far. The growth is all organic, and they’ve helped me build a brand new account from zero followers and Bret it off the ground. Fairly priced as well. I recommend highly!
