I have Used kicksta for 3-4 days now. But their service is very bad. Firstly, they responded very well and done all my verification, and extended my next billing date. It was a very good experience. But today morning they deducted 69$ money without any reason and now they are taking longer to respond. I have dropped 4-5 Emails and I am very disappointed right now. I will update my reviews about them after receiving my money refund. Update :- They Refunded 69$ completely. Until Now, I am getting Good Service

My experience with Kicksta was... mixed. Was facing a lot of issues, lot of bugs, lot of server problems. It took a week to set up our account - followed by issues again. I'm sure that their service works well after solving all problems and issues but for me, it all just took too long and too much time from my side since I had to contact the customer service nearly every day. Their customer support is very nice though, they offered refunds for the lost time. Though I decided to cancel my subscription, got a refund easy and quick.

This was an experiment for me but turned out to be a great investment. Slowly but surely my followers have grown as well as my post engagement. I recommend Kicksta to anyone that wants to work with a legit company.

My experience with KICKSTA was extremely disappointing, and I was not delivered what was advertised. * The accounts are not organic. They are most likely bots that potentially could destroy your account, as mine was. ** Be happy with your numbers. Grow organically. And just enjoy taking photos and the followers you have.

Didn't gain a single follower. Scam.

So they tell you to pay premium to get better access to support and get a chat feature.... Not true... Doesn't exist. I try to add targets... not possible.... still waiting on an email response to fix my issues.... They told me I have an "Account Manager" CC'ed to my email... yet they are not CC'ed... So I can't even reach them...
