"Had some minor issues setting up my account in the beginning but their support team was extremely helpful and responsive - havent had any issues since."

Hi joined and upgraded to premium, but keep getting locked out of my insta account. So I wanted to cancel my subscription have emailed and contacted support via dashboard and getting automated responses offering me others services. There is no 'cancel' button on my account so I'm unable to cancel without contacting them. I'm within the 14 day money back period and still have not received confirmation of cancellation and refund. AVOID this company terrible service

Kicksta say it offers organic growth by liking the posts of desired followers on your behalf but this is not what I got… I paid for the influencer package and, to be fair they were delivering on average about 50 followers a day but these were fake profiles. When questioned on this they said that these were ‘consumer’ accounts and used by real people. I wasn’t convinced - a profile composed of 8 or 9 generic posts all posted on the same day with no followers that in turn would not like, comment or bear any relation to the targets I had picked. And they were all dropped on to my profile at the same time…hardly organic growth. I was also told my patience would pay off so I continued on (past the refund deadline) and nothing improved just more useless followers. Don’t be fooled by this, its just a way to get you to continue paying them in the hope things improve Avoid at all costs - this is not an ethical company

Scammers! I don't have words to describe how angry I am at the Kicksta team. They robbed me of my money and then botted followers to my account. They will lie to you at every chance they get. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP!

A total Scam Not even one real follower. Also they will charge you without any permission, and when you mail them for a refund, they keep sending you mails to upgrade your account. The system just doesn't do anything and they ask you to be patient, no improvement at all, and they will charge you each month without any permission, and even if you mail them the same day, they will ignore you.

Completely scam. Do not trust these guys, nothing will improve on your Instagram channel. Communication is very poor and the system doesn't work.

STAY WELL CLEAR what an absolute nightmare this has been. I’ve ended up having to delete my account and start again as every week I’m bombarded with HUNDREDS of fake followers and this is after I have removed myself from their fake programme. They count themselves on being real followers. You get tons and tons of accounts that have been set up on the same day, all with no bio, no real names, no followers, yet accounts that’s follow 1000’s, and all have either 13 or 15 posts. The accounts are identical. They say this is their celebrity boost programme. So when you want out they said they will put you to a team that will do it manually however they don’t. Then when you want to cancel they remove you but it continues, it’s like you’re stuck in the system somewhere. Or if you want it then cancel anyway because each week it continues! Worst thing I’ve ever done as I’ve had to scrap and start again!! Seems to be no way of stopping it from Halle big and they are completely unaware it still happens. They email you back saying no it’s real IG end users that age following you haha. Pretty sure there’s no 300 people with all the same profile who decide to follow you 5 seconds apart. The whole thing is a con and when they have your details even though you have your password there’s nothing you can do about it

Guys please if you are reading this review, I promise it is 100% genuine - if you are thinking of trying Kicksta, DONT. If you want real followers, forget Kicksta. It is a scam. I read reviews and stuff and still went for it hoping it would help me. They first use an AI that keeps logging you out of your account to like random photos of people who most likely won’t follow you anyway. Then when that doesn’t work they sign you up for the “Influencer boost” and send hundreds of bots to follow you. I have hundreds of bots. They look like people but once you slick on the them you see that all pictures in their grid have been posted on the same date and have no likes or stories or any followers. Then I started getting empty bots that don’t even have profile pictures or grid photos and a bunch of numbers and letters in their names. It is a nightmare. I complained and they returned my money but the bots are still coming, and I am exhausted from deleting them. My engagement with my actual followers decreased and fell due to my account being plagued by the bots. It is a nightmare. Unfortunately this taught me a good lesson that there is no shortcut in growing your account. Also the worst part is that I noticed those bots in some of the influencer accounts I follow and wanted to do colabs with . That is a horrible scam because half their followers aren’t real.
