Hi There, I'm sorry for the delay in communication, and for your Instagram account was blocked while you were using the service. I tried searching your account using "Dede" but I could not pull up any details. I'm more than happy to share a better view about how the program works. You may reach our chat support or email support at [email protected]. Looking forward to hearing from you. Take care, Kicksta Team

Hi Rafael, I'm sorry if you got several fake followers and for getting several issues while you had your trial subscription with Kicksta. Getting several followers, especially fake ones in a short period of time is too good to be true - Kicksta does not generate followers. Our method is specifically designed to perform typical method of gaining followers. First: We follow some accounts (these are your targets' followers) Second: The system likes photos of these accounts Third: It unfollows afterwards With this method, it creates curiosity to those followed IG handles which will lead them to your page. If they find it interesting, they will follow you back. Please know that we do not have control over those account owners who decided to follow you. Not all your target followers are real people or having the same niche as yours - that's why choosing the right targets is very important, too. I hope I was able to explain better how an account is grown by Kicksta. Please email us at [email protected]. Take care!

Hi Samuel, We sincerely apologize for not seeing growth on your account with the span of 4 days. Kicksta aims to grow your account organically, and it takes time to get there as we need to widen your reach, and get the right audience. Although, it's still up to the end-user to decide on whether to follow your account to not. We hope we could get a chance to help your account grow in the future but for now, please know that we have already refunded your subscription. Kindly check your email for the details. Take care, Kicksta Team
