Technology :
Too many bugs on the website, missing core feature such as a functional dashboard, a way to calculate profit, ways to track correctly returns.
Management:
Sean has decided to downplay every single issue backers have and this platform is way too business oriented instead of backers.
Bad decision taking, extremely poor customer services, emails go unanswered for trouble COOP. My last two cents about your management, when your CEO is having a fight and petty arguments over Reddit, it shows us what type of a company you guys are.
Handling failed COOP:
You guys deserve a - score here, you've done a terrible job providing basic updates and you keep finding excuses.
Finally, I would give you guys a minus score if I could, but I can't. You deserve to be sue for false advertisement and lack of competent skills.

Great concept. Platform plagued with glitches.
The underlying concept is fantastic, and I think I have been able to make some decent returns on the ~$6,000 or so I have invested. The online platform still feels like it is in its infancy with lots of little glitches and reporting errors. some are addressed by kickfurther staff, and some go unresolved for a while. This does not instill enough confidence in me to add more of my funds to the platform.

I have nothing but good things to say about Kickfurhter
Absolutely love it. They are great at addressing any questions you may have, and go out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience. Not to mention the platform itself is great, and so far has brought back some exceptional returns compared to anything in the market.

Good website, could provide more communication
I like the idea behind Kickfurther and it functions very well. The only complaint I have is timely communication when companies are behind on payments. It seems that some areas have high risk consignments have been provided with little to no updates on either end (Kickfurther or the company being funded). If the team at Kickfurther has tried to contact the troubled company let the buyers know. It's frustrating having a company be weeks or months behind and have no idea whats going on.

Great Job
I gave 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. I don't have any problems with the platform.

Better engagement and moderation
a) many new businesses are unclear on how the system works and providing wrong information in comments. It would have been better for Kickfurther to monitor and respond more actively to ensure that both business and investors have the right information
b) many investors use credit cards to fund the whole 5%. Many Co-ops that didn't get filled can be directly attributed towards the $500 limit on credit card transactions. Most investors rely on credit cards.

Great Platform, With Some Important Things Missing
I love the opportunities Kickfurther offers for income, as part of my overall portfolio of investments. I love the idea of playing a small part in the growth of a young business. Is there risk? Of course. You need to do your due diligence on every co-op before investing. Overall, the platform works well, and my experiences so far have been positive.
The most important thing missing is a forum on the site where buyers can post questions and provide feedback to management. I have seen posts from Kickfurther employees that the company is short-staffed and doesn't have the ability to "moderate" comments posted. Sorry, but this is a sign of poor customer service. Now there are reddit forums popping up, where KF users ask questions and share concerns privately with each other. This is ridiculous. In the interest of making Kickfurther better, such a forum on the KF site (accessible to buyers only) is critical.
Second issue is contact information. The site points to a single e-mail address: contact @kickfurther.com. No phone number is provided, no address is provided. I recently had a technical issue on the site that prevented me from purchasing into a co-op. The site allowed me to make a reservation and showed a countdown timer, but every time I clicked "Submit" I got various error messages. I tried repeatedly to contact Kickfurther and was in need of urgent help, but had no way to contact anyone other than through the generic contact @kickfurther.com e-mail address. I missed out on the co-op. Later that day, I got a note of apology from KF, explaining that the site was overwhelmed when that particular co-op went live.
So really what the KF buyer community is sorely missing is a way to connect with KF - to provide feedback and to get help, urgently on the rare days when that's needed. This is a big shortfall. What defines great companies is their open solicitation and active use of customer feedback, as well as quick access to a live person when there's a problem.
As a result, I can only give a rating of 3 stars. If the above requested changes are made, my rating will improve.

Keep those 20% returns coming
As long as the companies are good, keep those 20% annual returns coming! So far KF has been easy to use and is straight forward. I'm giving 5 stars because of the returns, but I'd love to see that $500 credit card limit go away.
