Unapologetically bad platform. The gross negligence of Kickfurther has netted me losses on every "investment" I have made through their platform. Trusting Kickfurther to act as your "agent" works in much of the same way a mosquito acts as an anesthetic. Siphoning off a percent even while you're not gaining anything. This platform is simply untrustworthy, unprofessional, and unacceptable. If you must try it, do not put in any money that you cannot afford to lose. In fact, save yourself the trouble and light it on fire instead.

For me, the diversified portfolio was a 50% loss. Two out of 10 companies paid back with interest. One didn't even pay out the first payment.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! STAY AWAY. I FOUND THEM AND THOUGHT THEY WERE A GREAT WAY TO MAKE SOME MONEY WHILE HELPING OTHER BUSINESS OUT. IT SOUNDED TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE SO I ONLY PUT IN $20. THEY RAISED OVER $76,000 FOR AIRBAC AND NOT ONE PAYMENT WAS MADE. THE COMPANY TALKS LIKE THEY ARE TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK, BUT I BELIEVE THAT IT'S SIMPLY ALL TALK, GREAT IDEA, BUT NOT WITH THIS COMPANY. THANK GOODNESS I ONLY DID $20. IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE WHICH IT IS.

Don't get fooled by their professional looking website. The people who run KF is just a bunch of hillbillies with no sense of how to protect you as an investor. You will be better off putting your money somewhere else. Problems: 1) Co-op (Divino) was not clear on how they were supposed to pay out (according to projected sales or actual sales). Always underpaid. 2) Divino raised two co-ops within close time frame of each other, KF allowed them to do so. Many investors in the first co-op got very upset so Divino paid them back with return in order to close the second Co-op 3) Subsequntly the Co-op failed (Divino said they are going into liquidation) and the situation was handled very badly by Kickfurther. Communication was poor and did not notify all investors. Everyone kept pointing out to them that investors did not receive notifications that new developments has been posted, but the issue is still not fixed. 4) Non US users can only request funds by Wire. 5) One wire payout got lost as "pending" for months, there was no follow up from KF side to notify user what they are doing about the "pending situation" 6) New wire fee at $45 ON TOP of the 1.5% KF fee, Daylight robbery.

Don't waste your money here. You will lose money. They are incompetent, and I feel strongly that I have been cheated. I might potentially sue them. Why am I the one who is paying when you didn't do your job and the borrower happens to be a fictitious company? I know there is some risk with investing at Kickfurther, such as the borrower not being able to pay you back, etc. But I did not know that there is a risk that I might be investing in a fake company. This is total negligence and you will not survive if you run your business like this.

I lost $5,000 after a co-op was cancelled after no payments had been made and Kickfurther made no attempt to recovery inventory or assets from the business. I invested in the platform because I believed they properly vetted these businesses and could recover inventory in the event of missed payments. What do they do? Kickfurther scrubbed their website of all previous notion of accountability on their part and left the backers with no recourse while these "business owners" are free to spend our hard-earned money on whatever they please. Kickfurther has stopped responding to the very people who trusted them. Update: I've now been banned from communicating with other backers on the Kickfurther website after linking to the BBB webpage with all of the complaints filed again Kickfurther. Do not trust this company!

This company is the worst. They are a start up but acting worse than any mom and pop shop at any corner of the globe. I can get better customer service and support at any place. They have flaws in their vetting process that got hit with ID theft for a total amount of >$300,000. They refunded $90,000 to backer and working on recovering the other funds. But it is a long shot. Their Terms of Use warranty that they are not liable for any of your loss. I can understand that if a co-op could not sell its inventory, but making their users absorb the lost, not at the users' fault, is irresponsible. You can go to Reddit and read hundreds of comment about how they treat the users.
