This is an awesome company to work with. The transition to Kibo pay has been so easy and very well received form our client base.

I have not had one problem with connecting with Shirley regarding issues, or just general questions. She is awesome. Sometimes there are discrepancies in the HUB statements, but we always figure it out easily.

We switched to KiboPay four months ago and are so happy we did! We are a small business and were being charged a small fortune in processing fees. We are saving a lot of money since switching and our patients have been so understanding of our reasons for doing so. Also, Shirley is great and always replies to my questions immediately. She made the transition so easy!

It's refreshing to find a service that I don't have to pay for the convenience of clients to use their credit/debit cards. I think all businesses should shift to this type of platform to offer acceptance of cards.
