I switched to Kibo Pay last year after being with a few different credit card merchant services companies for many years. I sure wish I had gone with Kibo Pay sooner! I have save a bundle of money on credit card fees. Our patients do not care about paying the fee on top of their charge. Not only is the savings amazing but the customer service that I have received is outstanding. Crystal Maciel, my agent at Kibo is always accessible and has been very very helpful in all of our needs. This company and their product did everything they said they would do and saved me a lot of money. I had great satisfaction with my representative and his prompt help the once or twice I needed it. I am retiring and my only regret is that I didn’t find Kibopay sooner.
