I went to your site and was told after entering my Order # and email address, I didn't have an order pending... After ordering and getting an email about my order. As a consumer I don't feel like you care about me your customer.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service department tried to charge me a “put my car back together” fee in order to get my car back. I immediately got corporate involved, then the fee magically disappeared. The service department at the Denham Springs location should be ashamed of themselves for trying to rip people off with bullshit charges.

Part didn't fit. Costs more to return than the part. Just gotta eat this one.

I received the wrong part. I ordered an emblem and received a part I cannot identify. How do I go about the exchange process?

I recently purchased a starter, and while the listing showed the genuine OEM part number for a brand-new unit, what I received was a remanufactured part. They tucked a tiny “Replaced by -RU” note into a corner—and there’s absolutely no mention of “remanufactured” anywhere. How is an average customer supposed to know? They can’t. I’ve been doing my own maintenance for over 10 years, and this is easily one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve ever had. This is deceptive to consumers. When I requested a return and provided detailed photos as they asked, they still rejected it. It’s a waste of time and money. They hide behind their long list of 18 return-policy rules to avoid accepting returns under virtually any condition. If you read those 18 points carefully, it’s basically a non-refundable policy. If you truly want genuine Kia parts, buy from an actual Kia dealership–operated parts website. This site is not one of them. Even engine oil filters arrive as Mobis Product Line 2 instead of genuine MAHLE, with zero disclosure. Yes, the parts may “work,” but for anyone who cares about properly maintaining their vehicle, this will be a very bad experience.

Didn’t match or even dry

I recently ordered some plastic trim part for my vehicle. I was very intentional about entering my VIN so as to guarantee that I received the correct parts. The website showed the parts I ordered as correct for my vehicle, so I ordered. I received incorrect parts and contacted returns. Joe - the returns manager, told me the the issue is my fault for not checking with a parts specialist prior to ordering and I should never have trusted the website. HORRIBLE customer service. I am deleting my account and NEVER buying from these people again

Ordered a Key fob $161 which could not be programmed. Customer service made me go back to KIA dealer to get a written confirmation that it wouldn't program. Sent them documentation after many emails and phone calls and they never sent me a return authorization to send original back. Will not issue refunds. Entire episode was upsetting, expensive and VERY time consuming. I would never recommend them regardless of the positive reviews on their website. After posting the above negative review, KIAPartsnow actually sent me an email apologizing for the lack of service and posted a refund to my credit card. Kudos to them for doing the right thing!!
