The part I thought was a complete but the part I needed wasn't there.

The purchase was straightforward and easy. They had exactly what I needed for my daughter's 2017 Kia Forte and the shipping time was very good. The only problem I had with the order was the way it was boxed and shipped. It was folded over to fit in a smaller package and that caused the (chin spoiler/valance) to be cracked right in the middle. I did not discover this until weeks later when I went to install it. I did take it out of the box the day it was received and let it straighten out some prior to installing, never saw the crack as I left it it its factory plastic wrap packaging. I used epoxy to seal the crack and installed it with ease. Overall the purchase was great like the previous purchases here.

Fantastic part and service. My only conplaint was the shipping cost as much as the part and the part was very small. Otherwise fantastic, thank you so much!

I purchased the passenger front tire wheel well liner. I was assured that the part was straight from the factory. When we received the liner, we had to order pins that we had not been told were needed. Once we had everything, the part went in, but was not a tight fit.

J'ai commandé une plage arrière pour ma Kia Rio5 de 2020. Je pensais vraiment que ce site était une arnaque, mais ne trouvant aucunement cette pièce sur le site officiel de KIA ou en concession, j'ai décidé de donner une chance à Kiapartsnow. Bien que les frais de port soient un peu élevé quand on se faire livrer au Canada (sur la somme totale, les frais de livraison représentent 45% de lui), j'ai été agréablement surpris de vraiment recevoir ma plage arrière, et en seulement 10 jours !

The speed of orders being processed and sent out. The only down side is that the picture was a little confusing. Will order more items if need the prices are wonderful.

The part ordered arrived, but apparently was a portion of a set that was needed to replace door handle, but customers fault for not getting all parts required.
