The order was shipped on Thursday, which was within our promised 2–4 business day processing window. As outlined in our sales policy , orders cannot be canceled once they're shipped. We understand this can be disappointing, but your order was fulfilled on schedule. Refusal of delivery will be treated as a return to sender and is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
