I like the quickness of information, no fumbling around, straight to the point. Too bad I can't afford the repairs. "It is what it is," and I do not blame Kia. Because today everything is high in price. Kia tried to help me as much as my service manager Noel, could, but I can't go over my budget. If I had more money, I would.

The product I purchased arrived in time, and it fit and works properly.

Very good service

Easy to find the correct parts using the correct model and year of my vehicle. Delivery was a delayed and parts were shipped out later than anticipated, and for some reason the tracking showed them traveling in circles, but over all I recieved what I needed and the shipping fee is not too pricey.

You had the part I needed. Good finding you online because not all parts work on Kia cars.

Had part by picture. Not sure if entire part was less but needed part was listed. Had tried an “amazon” part. All worked except the broken window switch for driver side. It cost a lot here.

Part replaced old gas cap that no longer "clicked" when fully tighten. Worked and fit as specified.
