Price was double for same OME part and would take 5-6 days to get it from California. I bought on line and received it in 2 days. You would think spare parts from a dealership would at least be competitive.

The first time I ordered, delivery was very quick. Since then I’ve ordered twice and both times the order stayed in “processing for about a week after I ordered, and both times I had to call to find out the status of my order. Order and shipping are really slooooow.

I was glad with all things, but my part actually snapped in half about a month after the installation. So that was just a bummer. I'm gonna need a new one.

Dont like the fact that you cannot return an item if you happen to order wrong. I will nolonger be using this company.

Order was canceled due to part unavailable.

Well the washer reservoir I received had an inch and a quarter whole on the bottom. It was a place for a big plug but the original bottle had no whole so I had to figure out how to plug in and seal it so we could put washer fluid in it. Clearly was an oversight but I had found a vinyl plug I glued on to close the whole just didn’t expect that but thank you none the less

Cost of hood deflector was only $12, cargo cover was only $9, but with shipping, it was $65. I ship a lot of packages and believe $45 for shipping is way out of line. It feels like a bait and switch deal...
