Before ordering through this company make sure to read the description and compare you part number with your dealership to make sure the description of the part is accurate as in my case it wasn’t. I lost four days to find out that the part wasn’t the same as the description, I had an appointment with the body shop for the replacement which wasn’t easy to obtain. I decided to purchase another windshield that was double the amount. After five days they asked me to pay an extra $75 due to a mistake on their behalf on the size of the windshield for the shipment. Furthermore, a day after the increase in shipment, I checked my email and there was another change in pricing and now they were requesting $270 more than what was quoted at the beginning. I called to find out if it was a mistake and what they mentioned was that it was stated in their website that prices can change at anytime even though I was given a completely different amount. In the end, I wasted two weeks of my life and canceled my order. Their customer service was terrible and would never buy from them.

Don't buy from this place! I have absolutely nothing positive to say about them. If you try to cancel, don't bother... they'll still charge you ad send it (even if it's literally 1 hour from purchase). If you return, be advised that you will be forced to pay %20 restocking fee AND return shipping cost! Customer service, management and company itself...They're ALL incompetent. I would not recommend them or buy from here ever again!

Ordered the correct part and it was not the correct part as stated

Order part on expedited fee, part never arrived and when trying to call customer service phone just rings and then disconnects. Tried Email also still haven’t heard anything back and still haven’t received part over two weeks later

Rude customer service! I went to their website to look up a key fob for our 2011 Kia Soul and the website did not have anything listed so I call and got the very rude female. I told her what I was looking for and was ready to place an order, and she said, "part number". I explained that their website didn't have it listed. She replied, "can't help", I said excuse me and she replied, "what part of can't help do you not understand?" I said you don't have to be so rude. You would think that if someone said, “I am ready to place an order, they would want to help them”. I again said the website did not have it listed... She said oh well can't help if you don't have the part number... I asked if she could look it up for me and she replied NO! I told her she was rude, and she hung up on me... I called back and spoke a manager named Victor and he really didn’t seem to care and told me to call a Kia dealership to get help… I told him I would call someone else that was interested in my business…. I would NOT recommend this company at all…!

I been trying to return an item and I got ignored. Don't buy here.... they ignore your emails and never pick up

I ordered a part that was based on Kiapartsnow search using my vehicle vin number. I also followed up with them to confirm it was the proper part. The part comes in, I disassemble my car seat to get to the seat heater to replace it and learn that they sent me the wrong part. I tried to return it but they denied the return because it is an electronic part. Didn't matter that the part is still sealed in package and that THEY sent me the wrong part. Apparently if you order an electronic part, you are on your own regardless if they screw up. I won't make this mistake again. Order from them at your own risk. Crappy company!!

Where is my part? How am I reviewing this sale when I haven’t even gotten the part?
