They send you the wrong part but then wont take a return because you opened the box. How are you supposed to know they sent wrong part without opening the box? Its a scam return policy.

I ordered a actuator for my forte. They don’t have people to talk to, all conversations are through email. I confirmed twice that I was ordering the correct part. When I received it yesterday it’s not the right part. I don’t in any way recommend this company.

Wrong part. used my VIN to confirm part would be correct. It was not. Then they refused return. I requested return auth within the 30 days return window, but they asked for photos and this took me past the 30 day window to complete. They will not refund me. Not a good company to deal with. Buyer Beware.

Scam at the best. Once ordered can't cancel or return it and ended up paying lot more with taxes at the border. So if buying from Canada don't buy it. You can buy it cheaper from Kia Canada.

Awful. Sent the wrong color part and good luck dealing. With them . Live chat doesn’t work. I’ll just paint the part myself . Absolutely will never order from them again

Terrible company. Sent wrong parts then when corrected? They wouldn't refund my core charge of $75 back. I had to start a dispute with my credit card to which? They never even responded. Luckily I had multiple emails, order tracking and receipts to prove things otherwise I would have been stuck. Do not buy from these people you've been warned! Plenty of other sites...

Just needed a new fob for my 2011 Kia. Couldn't get a hold of someone to answer the simple question of "how much" and the message I left was never responded to. Ended up buying one on Amazon, and still haven't had it programmed.
