This company refuses to refund my money as the part did not work on my KIA Soul. Do not trust them. They have terrible customer service.

They deserve 0 Stars. I ordered front mud guards # P8460-3E110 for a 2008 Kia Sorento on the 06/24/2024 and I received # P8460-3E510 in a box labeled P8460-3E110 on the 07/17/2024. I asked for a RMA to return it and to send me the right part on the 07/18/2024. They asked me for pictures of the item , I did just that. They denied the RMA because the item was under $8.00 so ,I asked again to send the right part as it was there mistake. Again they rudely refused telling me that I received the right part. to this day the problem has not be resolved. The wrong part in the right box is very suspicious and does not make the part fit . This store has a lot of negative feedback , I should have taking that into consideration when I ordered and now, they have one more. I have all the emails and pictures if needed. This kind of business practice is not acceptable and totally dishonest to me. I'll NEVER will buy from this store again, and I'll post a complaint with the BBB and other associations as well as Paypal to get my money back.

10 days since parts were ordered. says they shipped on 7/29/2024 yet tracking number says only label has been created part have not been delivered to usps. Vehicle is dead. Won't use them again or recommend them.Have gotten things quicker from China. They said parts were lost but they suddenly showed up August 2nd and were shipped.

I would not buy from this company again. I called and they helped me get the part number that I needed. Then the item shipped to my home…pretty regular transaction until I pulled the product out and it didn’t match the design of the car. I reached to them and they sent me an RMA and then said a RMA specialist would reach out with shipping instructions. They never sent the instructions, reached out. I have emailed them many times with no responses. I have called customer service that logs a ticket and then no one contacts me. It has been a horrible experience at this point and I would like to warn others of this very predatory and unreliable company. There are so many other vendors to choose from. Do not choose this one

Don’t expect any help if they send you the incorrect part. The part we ordered was discontinued (which they told us after we ordered it) and they sent us another part that did not fit our vehicle and refused to return or refund. You’re safer ordering through a dealership. No way we would order from this company again.

I ordered a trailer hitch kit for a telluride from this website. Once I received the package I notified the trailer hitch receiver was not in the package. It was very noticable due to it being the largest item/ main component. I contacted them which they made me provide multiple pictures. Later, they said it was possibly due to theft and would not be giving a replacement part. I have cameras at my residence and no theft occured. The only theft occured is them scamming me out of money. Do not purchase from this site. I am not one to give bad reviews but this is unacceptable

Ordered a transmitter case assembly for a 2012 Sorrento. Was sent the wrong item. Called. Was told an RMA needed to be filed but first I needed to provide 2 pictures which were provided showing the case could be seen through the unopened packaging. The form was sent with "Reason" "no longer needed" and "Condition" "opened" filled in! There was the possibility of a 20% restocking fee. Three emails and no response later, I called the card and had the charge removed.

Sketchy business, horrendous customer service on the phone. Theyve got to be middle manning, and if anything is incorrect on their end or yours, or any issues with shipment, they make it pretty clear that its all on you. There are better options out there that dont act like they are doing you a favor by you ordering from them. Businesses ran like this dont deserve to be succesfull.
