Ordered a transmission pan for a 2008 kia sorento, received a oil pan,. Of course I went back to them, they told me it was a special order. Not going to refund. Even though if you look on line there are plenty of opportunities to see where kia has a huge issue with leaky rusty granny pans. DO NOT USE THIS SITE EVER!

The Auto Parts Prime family is very much a mixed bag. When things go well with an order, their prices are tough to beat. When things go poorly, like receiving the wrong part, despite providing the VIN information, my experience has been horrible with them. So... are ya feelin' lucky?

Horrible company! Does not honor returns AFTER sending wrong part! Reporting them to the BBB! Read the negative reviews that they haven’t managed to clean up from the internet; note the common thread! Overall, giving them one star in each of the categories of stars. Will NEVER do business with this company again!!!!

Avoid Kia Parts Now and other parts sites run by Auto Parts Prime, Inc. (Check out their BBB page to see what awful customer service they provide.) The part they sent did not match the picture and parts diagram on their website. I contacted them for a RMA and they denied it because it was a special order part. It is not my fault their website is wrong! Part was just over $18 before shipping and they lost a customer over it. I’ll never buy from them again. I opened a dispute with PayPal so hopefully I’ll get my money back. They are good if everything goes smoothly and they send you the right part, but dealing with their customer service when you have a problem is a nightmare. They want pictures of everything including the box it came in and the shipping label, which is ridiculous in my opinion. If you’re missing a part, they want a picture of that too! They sent me a different part that does not match the reference image in their website. I made 2 claims for a refund or change and they responded that there was no refund because it was a special order, which is not my problem, it is theirs. First and last time I buy here. They lost a client for only $18.

They are not reputable. Used their website configurator to select part. It configured the wrong part and asked for an RMA, they denied, stating it wasnt returnable. I even entered the VIN on the website, which later they conveniently took down because it was likely wrong. They lie and their website lies. Do not use. Deceptive market and business practices

READ BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. The only reason why I gave them a 1 is because I had to give them something but they don't even deserve that. They are scam artists. I went on their website to purchase headlights for my son's 2004 Kia Rio. I typed in the year, make, and model and a pair of headlights came up at which I purchased at $335.00. When the headlights came they did not fit the car. I called the company and asked to return them at which point they denied my return due to their return policy stating they do not give refunds for electrical parts. I informed the rep that I didn't even open up the one box as I knew from just opening the other box that they would not fit. The rep stated that she would send an email requesting an exception which again was denied because of their "refund policy". When I went on their site to make sure I put in the correct year, make, and model it stated on their site that the lights I received fits a 2001-2005 Kia Rio so I decided to research if these lights truly fit the 2004 and maybe they fit a different body style. Come to find out the headlights they sold me fit only a 2001-2002 kia Rio and the headlights that a 2004 Kia Rio has only fits a 2003-2005 as the body style changed. When I called to speak with a returns manager to inform them that they sold me the wrong parts they insisted there was nothing they could do me for. This is false advertising and they are scamming people. Do not buy from them as you do not know if the product you are receiving is the correct product and you can't return anything as their return policy is so vague that they can literally put every part they sell into a category. The absolute worst experience ever and people should be warned. I am reaching out to every review site I can to let everyone know as well as the Better Business Bureau and Federal trade commission.
