Bought a transmission from them. Delayed shipping, I did not read the fine print on the core return policy. Per return policy core shipping is on the customer dime. That being said having the transmission shipped to you plus paying for shipping back to them makes the overall cost higher that buying straight from the Kia dealer. Avoid Kia parts now.

not an honest company , ordered a mirror from them that was advertised as having BSD and electronic folding but mirror I received had none of these and they refused to take it back !!!!!

Odered a part for my back window. Been a month and they keep changing the expected delivery date. Say they will email me with updates and never do. Customer service gives cookie cutter responses.

I ordered a driver side seat belt buckle and was sent the wrong part. I contacted the store and reported the problem and informed them I wanted to return the wrong part and procure the correct part. They emailed me back and said they needed the packing information from the box, which was discarded when the wrong part was received. At the time, I didn't anticipate being sent the wrong part. I did send in the other requested information and pictures of the incorrect part. It's now been two weeks and I haven't heard a word back. In the meantime, I had to take my car to the dealer to get the problem fixed...$370 later, I'm still out the cost of the wrong part. It's a shame corporations just ignore their customers...well, in this case, former customer.

I returned a part and sent them all the documentation for refund a month ago. The tracking shows it was delivered to company and after a month they admitted they "lost" the return. After calling and sending emails they finally admitted to this. So now it's my problem. Sad.

Ordered a door handle cover that was supposed to take a week to get to me. Two weeks into my order they emailed me stating they needed more money as the part is incorrectly priced. Normally I’d understand, but that’s been the price for months, it’s no longer a mistake if it’s been listed for that long. You’re responsible for an up-charging that they want to do to you if you don’t want to cancel your order. Holding your part hostage and asking for a ransom. Predatory practices, they won’t get another order from me again. EDIT: I have been emailed by the company and bribed with free shipping for my orders if I revise my review, so here it is. Avoid at all costs, they’ll even send the wrong parts like they did when I ordered it.

KiaPartsNow website said my part was in stock. Called them and a person said it was in stock. Ordered it on Wednesday. Next day they called me to "verify" the order total cost and said I would get an email. This email said they expected to get the part themself on Friday next week and if I didn't get an update to contact them. They also charged my credit card this day. Did not get any update by that Friday. Called them the following Monday. On the phone, they could not give a status, saying it is another department but should get an email today. That email basically said I should get an answer within 24 hours. On Tuesday I got an email saying they expected the part the coming Friday. The only good experience was that they accepted my cancellation and refunded my credit card charge.

My order delivered to the wrong address. I contacted KiaPartsNow for a replacement and they sent me the tracking number that showed delivered (I have that information). Now Im getting kick back emails... I have no clue who operates the claims department but its a crap show. Last time Im ordering from this 3rd party company.
