The parent company is Auto Parts Prime. Look them up before you place an order. I've placed two orders and had two bad experiences. The first showed up damaged and now on the second order kia parts is trying to extort more money before they will release my order. I placed this order a week ago and not only has it not shipped yet, but now they are telling me that prices went up and if I want it at all I need to pay more money. I don't think this is legal and it sure feels like a scam. I suggest shopping elsewhere. Look at their responses to similar complaints. Basically “they’re sorry you feel that way”. There’s no resolution. They know it’s bad business and they don’t care.

I ordered (or tried at least) a replacement driver side door handle for my 2018 Kia Niro, as the keyless entry unlock button had quit working. The part I received did not have the unlock button, and was not the right color or finish.

I placed an order yesterday for some parts I really need. (Someone broke into my car and broke my door and ignition so I’m stuck without a car until these parts arrive.) order seemed to be fine until I get a text this morning that says I need to verify my order with PayPal to bypass verifying address? Why must the shipping address and the billing address be the same? I’ve never encountered this on a website. Anyway I go to PayPal and enter the exact same bank I used the first time, without warning this website auto updates the shipping address to my old PayPal shipping address. Wtf? Whatever, that’s annoying. I call support and they say they can’t change anything about the order so I have to cancel and re do the order myself. Cool. Did that, parts will now be here a day later and I’m stuck another day without a working car. That whole experience really really pissed me off. You need to make it as easy as possible to buy things otherwise people won’t return to your store.

3 day to let me know the parts were special order. Then said it would be another SIX DAYS for parts to be shipped! Kia dealer had the same ones next day. All of the 5 star reviews look SUPER SKETCHY. And with a no refund policy? Smh. Ridiculous. That policy makes it seem like they are untrustworthy. Even Amazon does returns. Seems like an employee or friend of company is making false back to back 5 star reviews to throw the low ratings at the bottom. EDIT TO ADD: WAS TOLD TRACKING # WOULD BE AVAILABLE 7/24/25. IT IS NOW 7/26/2024 AND NO TRACKING # YET. NO UPDATES. NOTHING. EXCEPT AN AUTO RESPONSE ON THIS REVIEW. UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

No good parts

They omitted an item and their handling process is very slow and not responsive. It has been a week since I reported them but other than a couple of emails asking for more photos, there is no response. Also, their process is very weird. After I report the problem on their customer webpage, then I had to send an email with photos to separate email not through the site. I am not sure how they prove a missing item with photos of delivery package and items delivered.

Wrong part/didn't fit my Kia. The return policy is completely ridiculous in this day and age. Will never shop here again. And to still be getting emails to provide a review is super annoying when I've opted out of communications.

You sent the wrong part and after I opened it and noticed, (because I couldn't see it in the packaging) being an electronic part I couldn't return it.
