Marchi Travel review of Key Tours
My name is Lu Ann Fichera. I have been a travel agent with Marchi Travel for over 33 years. I have worked with Esin on several occasions to create custom trips for my clients. She has always done an outstanding job. Her recommendations have been right on target. It has been a pleasure working with her in the past and I look forward to continuing to work with her in the future.

EXCELLENT attention to detail!!!
I worked with "Roma", a wonderful lady in reservations! She put a fantastic trip together for my clients, for Hawaii. She included so many tours and wonderful things to do.......very in depth and detailed. My clients were thrilled! I then asked her to prepare a very complicated trip to Greece, including all the transportation from island to island, countless tours, wonderful accommodations............she did an incredible job!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Key Tours, and "Roma"!!

documents
do not like that there is a charge for each clients documents - should put that in the price - when you have a group, each person wants their own docs My agent, Esin, is amazing and the reason I keep going back to Key Tours

Group Travel is easier with Key Tours
Key Tours always provides my groups with the best possible travel experience. Paul Julia is incredibly knowledgeable about destinations and the best way to see them. His attention to detail always pays off with a flawless trip. Accommodations, guides, and transportation are first class. I appreciate the ability to take an itinerary that is offered and customize it for my groups, or just create an itinerary of my own. In either case, I can trust Paul will have valuable input.
