Keytours VacationsReviews of keytours.com

This review is long overdue for my experiences working with Osman. I first learned about Keytours about a year ago, and since then, I have been able to plan and execute trips ranging from the Baltics to Italy, all with rave reviews from my clients. My clients have been happy with the hotels, experiences, and overall ease of their trips, which makes me look like a rock star, and I greatly appreciate that. Osman is easy to work with, efficient, responsive, and truly a pleasure to partner with. Thank you for all of your consistent hard work and dedication. It is greatly appreciated!

Working with Osman Akpinar on a trip for clients to Oxford, Cotswolds, Bath and London was great, Clients had a wonderful time with no issues. Thank you

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Brooke and the team at Keytours Vacations. Over the course of several months, Brooke assisted me with planning a client's complex pre- and post-cruise itinerary, and her level of service was exceptional from start to finish. Travel planning often involves countless moving parts, and having a reliable supplier partner makes all the difference. Brooke was always available to answer questions, whether by email, phone, or text. There were weeks when I reached out multiple times, and she consistently responded with patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Most importantly, my client returned home absolutely thrilled with her experience. Every transfer, tour, and service was seamless, punctual, and executed exactly as planned. She repeatedly complimented the quality of the trip, and while those compliments came to me as her travel advisor, I know much of the credit belongs to Brooke and the Keytours team. As travel advisors, we depend on trusted partners to help us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients. Brooke made what could have been a stressful planning process feel effortless, and her dedication gave me complete confidence every step of the way. I look forward to working with Keytours again and would highly recommend them to any advisor looking for a responsive, knowledgeable, and client-focused supplier partner.

Keytours did an amazing job assisting me with a trip for my client who was the Mother-of-the-Bride and Sister who were headed to Vienna! We all know what a stressful time this can be, but Tuba assisted me in making sure my MOB was stress free and enjoyed her days during this special time for the family! The hotel the wedding party was staying at was not one that Keytours typically booked, but Tuba took care of it and my client came back raving about the trip and Thanking me for helping on the day she landed and sent wonderful wedding photos! Being the 1st trip I had ever booked with them Tuba made it easy as did their website. Jane my BDM knew exactly who in her company could assist me and make my learning curve easy and because of the relationships I was able to build and ease of planning I feel confident that this is the beginning of a long standing relationship. I am so Thankful for Keytours, Tuba and Jane!

Brooke is awesome! I've booked two trips with her now, and she is incredibly responsive. She is flexible and puts up with plan changes and new needs as they come. She has helped me plan great trips and I will be using her in the future!

My clients had an outstanding custom done trip to Italy that started in Naples and ended in Venice. Osman Akpinar was wonderful to work with. The itinerary was very complicated with many variations and the planning began in the fall of 2025 and they traveled in mid-April 2026. Every aspect of this trip was perfect thanks to Osman. Hotels, transfers, private tours, rail tickets and a car rental were all exceptional. The trip #120240 for Mr. & Mrs. Stroba and Mr. & Mrs. Welsh was executed brilliantly.

Osman always does a great job! He is very knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I receive compliments on the hotels and tours he selects and he puts together great itineraries! If there is an issue with clients while traveling, he is always there to help. Keytours is a good company and Osman is the best!

Osman is my go-to for European trips!
