Overall our experience getting our puppy was great. We did however find it odd and a little concerning that we were not able to see Mom even if it were from afar. Our pup is heathy and doing very well.

Thank you to Keystone Puppies! We love our little Tank (Cockapoo puppy) He came from a nice breeder in PA and after 2 weeks now, is running our household! Dog was real and amazing. Only problem was flees from the farm lingered for about 10 days. Other than that could not be happier with our puppy!

I would recommend this pet shipping company. Shawn had very good communication with me. He updated me all day as to the location of the my puppy as we has being flown from Pennsylvania to California. I really appreciated the text updates since I live one hour away from the airport.

The breeders, Sara and Ivan—I spoke to Sara specifically— was patient with all my questions about my puppy’s health. The papers came with all the deworming dates and shots. I was a little concern about kibbles that came with my puppy. We placed him on Wellness immediately because the kibble seemed to have been too big and not appropriate for a puppy his size. I was also told he would be four to five pounds, although he was more like two pounds. Lastly, we were not given pictures of our puppy’s parents. The little bits of cons aside, my puppy is doing great! He is very playful and easy to potty train. With a bit of praise and treats, he got the whole potty pad training down in a matter of hours. I am a little worried that he may stay below ten pounds—the breeders gave me an estimate of twelve to fifteen pounds once he’s all grown up since he’s a mini—but he’s still just a puppy for now and so very mischievous. Our puppy was shipped to us and it was a lot less stressful than we had initially thought. Shawn ran us through the procedures and we went to pick up our puppy from the cargo building the very next week. Depending on which state you are and what procedures you have to go through, there are some tangles we needed to go through. We initially went to the airport. American Airlines told us to drive to the cargo warehouse a mile from the airport and that was where we can get our puppy. Depending on your agent, we needed to get a series of numbers in order to confirm our identity, which required a call to Shawn. Shawn gave us the numbers and we were able to get our puppy. So, overall, the experience was pretty good.
