I was skeptical at first, cause I heard about it through someone who wanted to buy my car on Craigslist, but every step left me wondering, "is it really this easy", and then, "why doesn't everyone know about this!" The process was super dialed in and the fact that they facilitated the 30% Fed Tax credit for used EVs meant that it was a win/win for us and the buyer.

KeySavvy got the job done well. For the fastest sale experience I would recommend buying a car on a weekday. Support was available to answer my questions along the way at all times. Was able to use EV tax credit towards my purchase. Great experience

This company works as a great startup. You can count on getting a response to any questions in less than 2 hours. My specific experience was less than 30’. Their platform is very efficient, I would trust them again when I have to sell a vehicle.

The process was very easy and seamless. We had one question come up and called customer service, Sarah answered right away and got everything addressed for us quickly. She was very friendly and helpful.

I cannot say enough great things about KeySavvy. I was in the process of selling my car private party through Facebook Marketplace and had a whole bunch of spammy requests and offers. I finally found a buyer that seemed legit and he recommended we do the transaction through Key Savvy. I had recently sold another old car private party and it was a pain to have to go to the DMV with the buyer, sit in line for an hour, and then hand over cash. This car was worth a whole lot more money and I was worried about transferring the title and the funds. After having done my research to make sure KeySavvy was legit, I found out they are actually registered as an actual car dealer, so they have the ability to transfer titles electronically, and do all of the messy work behind the scenes. I created my account, filled out a few forms, and uploaded some documents and that was it! The buyer showed up at my place, Key Savvy let me know the funds were in hand, and I handed over the keys. Done!! And, their online support is super responsive. I had a few questions about what was next and the temp tag for the buyer and they answered immediately, allowing us to download and print the temp tag before the buyer drove off. Lastly, these guys will bank the used EV tax credit for you! You don't have to wait until the next tax year to get your $4,000 credit (on > 2 year old EVs worth less than $25k). They claim the credit and give it to the buyer directly! Oh, and did I mention the price? $200 total for their service!!! And you can split that between the buyer and the seller.
