Sold a Tesla Model Y and the process was seamless and super fast. Key Savvy took upon the discussions with the bank for the auto loan and wired the funds directly to my account. Shorter than waiting for a physical cheque and much more secure in case the cheque is void. The buyer was entitled the EV used tax credit at point of sale instead of getting the $$ back after filing the tax report at the end of the year. Definitely recommend them.

Great company. Extremely pleased with how entire experience was end to end from working and verifying the process with me, coordinating with the seller and acting as a reliable broker. Some hiccups along the way securing a loan but none of which was on Keysavvy's fault, but calling that out as they went above and beyond to answer my repetitive and probably annoying questions about what to do. Definitely want to extend my thanks to everyone in the support team. It was extremely easy to get a hold of someone on a call. I emailed them, i chatted with them, and called them and received prompt and active responses that helped move things forward. They made the notoriously difficult and tricky process of purchasing vehicles (especially across the country) pleasant. I could not have done the transaction without KeySavvy's promptness and help along the way.

Pretty simple transaction. KeySavvy provided updates as needed. Within a few days was paid 1st, then a few days later the balance of the loan was paid. A week later I received a Title Transfer to sign in a self-addressed stamped envelope from KeySavvy and mailed it. In two days, my loan was closed out.
