I wanted to use KeySavvy to purchase my EV from a private seller in order to get the government credit. The seller agreed but then didn't want to use them because he had a lot of fears and had never heard of them before. After filling out all the paperwork the seller was ready to back out. I tried for over an hour to get him to agree but he would not have it. So I told him to call KeySavvy, which he reluctantly did and they were able to calm his nerves and agree to sell me the car using KeySavvy. The seller was leaving soon for vacation and so we were on a time crunch to get the deal closed. Everything had to run smoothly and I was really scared the seller might cancel the deal if anything didn't go 100% correctly. I called KeySavvy many times with questions and they were really helpful. In the end the deal ran very smoothly and I was able to purchase the vehicle and get the tax credit. Would recommend them highly.
